Jerry has a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley and has completed advanced studies in leadership, behavioral sciences and organizational analysis. He has spoken widely before industry and association groups.
Dr. Larry Bienati has over 20 years of executive-level management and consulting experience in various large and small organizations. Larry is a recognized consultant in the public, private and non-profit sectors for his success in human resources, CQI processes, strategic management, project management, team building and organizational effectiveness. As a member of the National Speakers Association, he has conducted over 200 seminars and keynotes since 1983.
Larry holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration, an MBA in Management Sciences, a BS degree in
Industrial Relations and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and a certified compensation professional.
He is also a part-time faculty member at the
University of California at Berkeley and a core faculty member at
St. Mary's College in Moraga, California.

Mr. Charles B. Waud has been General Counsel to McDowell Conhain Associates since April 1, 1976. He assists Consultants to Management on outsourcing retainers, consulting assignments and other specialized labor law issues. Ben is a respected attorney in the areas of employee relations, union organizing, contract negotiations, grievances, arbitrations and counter-organizational matters. He provides legal assistance in the disposition of age discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and workers compensation discrimination matters. Ben also presents seminars on various labor and employee relations topics. His client base includes many leading organizations in the private, public and non-profit sectors.
Ben holds a LLM from New York University School of Law. He also holds a J.D. Degree from Northwestern University Law School and a BA degree in English literature from Duke University. He is admitted to practice in California and Illinois and before all federal District Courts and Courts of Appeal as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
